FemTech & women's health strategy

Building the women's health economy

We help founders scale, health companies build their women's health line, and public bodies shape policy — with the market intelligence, market access and capital to make it real.

For corporates, public bodies and investors

Ways we work with institutions

If you're building a women's health line, a vertical, or an investment thesis, the constraint is rarely the intent. You need to know where the real demand sits, which companies are actually credible, and what the market will pay for. That's what we map.

Why us

What actually sets us apart

I

Experience built over years in this market

We have spent the past years building the women's health ecosystem in Spain, Portugal and Europe. We have observed a great many women's health companies attempt to establish themselves in Iberia, and we understand with some precision why a few succeeded and why most did not. That understanding is what informs our work, insights and recommendations.

II

Entry and capital are one problem, and we are paid on solving it

Companies rarely fail in a new market because the strategy was wrong. They usually fail because they ran out of runway before the market answered. Entry and capital are the same problem, so we don't split them. We partner with you to solve the problem, which is why we partially price on the outcome — a share of what we earn is tied to distributors signed, first revenue, and rounds closed.

III

Full-stack orchestrator, women's health end to end

One strategic point of contact across the whole journey — strategy, entry and funding — specialised in women's health throughout. Isabel Holguera has spent more than ten years guiding companies through international expansion, as an advisor, mentor and investor. Lucia Orozco has spent more than ten years in financial strategy and international go-to-market, working with founders and with institutions in women's health.
